If possible, please include a few photos from which to choose. We will discuss them in detail to ensure your satisfaction. Digital photos are a faster means of sending them however prints are just fine. Lou is more than happy to take photos locally.

Prices begin at $350.00 and vary depending on the size and content of your portrait. Considerations depend on the amount and type of landscaping to be included, the architectural detail and the finished size. The price of your finished portrait includes shipping and handling. Work on your portrait will begin after a deposit of 50% has been received. Although personal checks are accepted, a money order will prevent any delay in the completion of your work. Most orders can be completed in approximately 2 weeks and will be shipped once the balance is paid.

Finished renderings generally fit within an 8”x10” area. Professional custom framing and matting that compliment the rendering and any décor can be provided for an additional charge. It is strongly recommended that you take advantage of this service in order to receive the most pleasing presentation possible. The price will be provided upon agreement of your order.
